Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Actrequires all US publicly traded companies to file disclosures and reports with the U.S.Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) related to the use of Conflict Minerals(includes but not limited to tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold) in their products.

Furthermore, we’ll clarify your company’s policy purpose to sub-supplier chain and enlarge your company’s policy scope, Require smelters or refineries in supply chain to have an EICC and GeSI Conflict Free Smelter Audit 。
